All our shipping is serviced through well-reputed courier partners like FedEx, XpressBees, BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC Express and Ecom.

As soon as your order is placed, confirmed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your order tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order.

You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company’s website. For any assistance you may wish to write at ecomm.vasudham@gmail.com

What is the range of order delivery locations?

For domestic orders:

We ship across India. All domestic shipments are FREE and qualify for Express services. Shipping in remote locations shall take some extra time to process due to service availability.

For overseas orders:

We ship internationally, across many countries and offer best international shipping experience to our customers. For all orders, shipping and handling rates may vary, based on product, packaging, size, volume and other considerations. To place orders outside India, please write to ecomm.vasudham@gmail.com and one of our executives will be in touch with you. The shipping charges do not include customs charges which vary according to the country the order is being placed from and cannot be pre-determined or communicated.

How much time it takes for an order to get delivered?

VASUDHAM ship from New Delhi (India) and it takes minimum 2 days to process the order. Delivery of order depends on the location and type of product ordered on store. Usually all products are delivered within 3-5 business days after dispatch process. However due to fresh preparation and packaging of some special category products, it takes 5-7 business days for delivery.

Is my order well packed and delivered to me safely?

VASUDHAM orders are packed and processed in an environment safe overpacking material, preferably cardboard. Fragile items under any category require additional packing and are safeguarded with extra safety layer. We pride ourselves on the quality of our product packaging and wish for you to be completely happy and satisfied with your contribution to sustainable shopping.

What if I receive an incomplete or damaged order?

We try best to give you best in class experience of purchasing VASUDHAM products. In case of incomplete or damaged order (Excluding Packing), please contact us within 2 business days of your order delivery. In the extremely rare occasion where you receive a product with tampered/open packaging/ used/ leaked, we will take your concern on priority and resolve within 5 business days.

Can I return my order if I am not completely satisfied?

VASUDHAM team strive to serve you with best products which are raised completely Natural and non-toxic. We strongly believe in the quality of the products and wish for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, or disappointed with the product or service, we would like to know more about your experience.

How do I cancel order and initiate a refund request?

Cancellations on successful fulfilment of any order is not allowed. However, as a practice to serve you better, there is a provision of replacement. Still If you wish to cancel your order, you can write to us at ecomm.vasudham@gmail.com or call us on +91 7982123692 (Timings: 10:00 am-4:00 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order.

Online order cancellation, returns and refund policy

In case of cancellation request accepted, you shall be charged a marginal amount as gateway charges and the balance will be refunded. To initiate exchange or return of order, please write to ecomm.vasudham@gmail.com or call on +91 7982123692 (Timings: 10:00 am-4:00 pm IST), within 24 hours of placing the order. Our team will examine the products returned to verify if the product is in a condition to be exchanged.

All returnable products must be accompanied with the original receipt, a return / exchange authorization number (received from the redressal team) and in saleable condition. Shipping cost (Included in Product Price) are non-refundable and need to be borne by the customer. Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product purchased through a promotion, or a product that has been opened and/or used.

VASUDHAM is not responsible for any mishandling and damage during or after delivery.

Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund. There is a provision of replacement. For more details please write to ecomm.vasudham@gmail.com. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the VASUDHAM team.

If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with product images and the batch number, within 24 hours of the delivery.

We shall take 5-7 business days to perform a quality check once we receive the product. If the product passes the quality test, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Each item can only be exchanged once. No cash refunds are permitted.
